2012 Sid Dann Memorial Tournament

Each year on the May long weekend the Vancouver Killarney Minor Lacrosse Association is proud to host the Sid Dann Memorial Tournament. Sid Dann was an outstanding goalie and coach within our association for many years. He tragically passed away in a car accident in 1991. Ever since, our tournaments and goaltender of the year awards are named in honor of him.

The 2012 tournament will be held May 19th-20th. The tournament will be at the Kilsilano Arena at West 10th Ave. and Larch Street in Vancouver. PeeWee A2 and C level teams from around the province are invited to attend. We will be hosting a daylong barbeque, 50/50 draws, and the always popular Gift Basket Raffles during the tournament.

We invite anyone interested in Lacrosse to come and enjoy the fun and excitement of young athletes in competition. Many volunteers are necessary to host a weekend long celebration of Lacrosse. Please be sure to give a thank you to all the volunteers who make this event possible.
