General League Play Info

VKMLA league play is governed by the Lower Mainland Minor Lacrosse Commission. At the Mini-Tyke level, game are "half-floor" with 3 "runners" and a goalie on each team. The smaller teams at Mini-Tyke are designed to generate more "touches with the ball" and, consequently, stick skills in the youngest players. Read more HERE.

Box Lacrosse Registration 2010 is now OPEN!

The 2010 Box lacrosse season will sonn be here. For general information on registration for 2010 see the registration page for information or click on the icon on the right side of this page. Online registration is strongly encouraged, but there will be limited opportunities for in-person registration at Riley Park Community Centre in January (East 30th and Ontario Street).

Bingo Volunteers

The VKMLA receives gaming funds that are critical to the association's viability. In turn, we must supply volunteers to work short (4 hr) shifts at Planet Bingo (between 11th and 12th on Main Street). Basically, volunteers just assist the "Planet Bingo" staff with simple duties.

Each volunteer receives a $35 credit towards 2009 lacrosse registration fees (via a refund). If you can volunteer for one or more of these assignments, please contact the Bingo Coordinator for more information.
